Collar of Gold is made from virgin oil, from seed grown by Irish Farmers. We slowly extract the golden oil, leaving behind the bitter tasting outer shells. It  is 100% natural and high in Omega 3 and 6 and suitable for both cold and high temperature uses. Always letting the flavour of the ingredients shine through.
Collar of Gold is available in a range of sizes to suit kitchens domestic and commercial. We’ve also developed a vinaigrette, made with 20% top-class Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy, the original home of balsamic vinegar. It is a super-light dressing that will enhance any salad.
