Mild Pesto Ingredients
  1. 1 Bunch of chives
  2. 100 g of finely grated pale cheddar cheese
  3. 60 g sunflower seeds
  4. 1/2 vegetable stock cube
  5. 150 ml Collar of Gold, Irish Rapeseed Oil
  6. 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  7. Salt pepper
Spicy Pesto Ingredients
  1. 1/2 bunch of parsley and basil
  2. 1/2 garlic clove
  3. 75 g hard cheese (eg Parmesan) -finely grated
  4. 30 g sunflower seeds
  5. 30 g Sun dried tomatoes in oil
  6. 2 small red chilli peppers
  7. 100 ml Collar of Gold of Gold, Irish Rapeseed Oil
  8. Salt pepper
Mild Pesto
  1. Rinse the chives in cold water and drain well, rub with the finely grated cheese.
  2. Place the sunflower seeds, chives, cheese, stock cube, rapeseed oil and wine vinegar in a kitchen blender and combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Spicy Pesto
  1. Wash and dry the herbs. Peel the garlic clove. Finely grate the cheese.
  2. Place the sunflower seeds, dried tomatoes, garlic, chilli, herbs and cheese with Collar of Gold, Irish Grown Rapeseed Oil in a kitchen blender and combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
